Simone Biles

Simone Biles was an American gymnast born on the 14th of March 1997 in the city of Columbus, Ohio. She is considered to be one of the most outstanding gymnasts. In the 2016 Olympics at Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at one Games and was also the first gymnast in history to win three consecutive all-around world championships (2013-15). Biles along with her younger sister Adria, who were adopted from Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles their grandparents in Spring Texas (in the Houston area), grew up there. Simone was first able to show the sport of gymnastics seriously as when she was six years old in a school field trip at Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach throughout the following 11 years. Biles earned a silver in vault in 2010 and also a bronze at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Then she moved on to elite-level competitions in 2011. Within two years she had won the sport. Biles stood out because of her unstoppable performance enthusiasm and level of difficulty that she included throughout each competition--vault bar, uneven bars as well as balance beams and ground exercises.
